Shipping policy

• Orders can be canceled at any time prior to shipping. 

• Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends. If there is an issue, we will contact you regarding the delay.

• Street addresses in the contiguous United States ("lower 48") are eligible for free shipping on all orders over $35 USD.

• International Orders are NOT pre-paid for duties and taxes. You will be responsible for any additional costs incurred during import.

• If you live in the greater Orlando, FL area you are welcome to stop by our warehouse to pick up your order. Our address is:
